Last Saturday Luke ran in his first 5K Race, which took place downtown in Balboa Park. He worked really hard the last few months to get ready for it and got a great time of 22 minutes and 19 seconds. (We're proud of him!!!) Here's the three happy campers waiting at the finish line for him. I was going to post a picture of the actual racer, but as photographer of the race I failed miserably. I have two pictures of Luke running, but you'd need a magnifying glass to pick him out.

Go Luke! If you ever want a good laugh I will tell you about Ross and I running a 5K in Boise. I won't go into too many details here because then I couldn't flatly deny it later. Let's just say I cramped in the first 200 yds and my 'race' photo looked like I was standing still. I did finish on the same day as the race though. Ross beat me, but he has a better story. Ask him!
